I just bought a best seller Piketty's Capital in the 21st Century and can download the sample easily but not the book even though I've bought it. I suspect that my Homeplugs arrangements at home may interfere with the download, or that Amazon's servers are overloaded. I "love" this. I have almost Kindle books in my Cloud Reader and this makes it SO easy to sort them into different categories.
I just don't understand why this isn't available as an ap for the Kindle Fire. That would make SO much sense to have it on the Kindle. I have several different collections categories. I already have a UK account with Amazon but it detects I'm currently abroad and blocks everything. Can't even use it for free books. Totally useless. Americancentric company produces Americancentric app for Americans only and wonders why it's not the world leader it keeps claiming it is? It was annoying enough to find they won't ship anything except paper books, with excuses about manufacture's warranties and such, but there is NO excuse for refusing to sell me a digital download.

I finally gave up as she said she would pass this information on to their technical team, like that will happen. I told her I own shares of Amazon and I am shocked by this behavior. It ALSO installed a virus: conduit. Conduit appears a a search bar. I can't get rid of it. It now takes one minute broadband to open new web page! Not sure what to do.
